PLAINVIEW, NY, November 21 – Two properties, located on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. in Suwanee, GA less than two hundred yards apart, sold in back-to-back weeks totaling over $3,800,000. The deals had no relation, with different sellers and different buyers of both. Both property owners selected Silber to represent them in the sale for their ability to bring qualified buyers. Silber Investment Properties, Ltd. represented the seller of the IHOP property on an Exclusive basis. Silber committed to an intense marketing strategy in order to procure the buyer.
