PLAINVIEW, NY, November 14 – Leon Petroleum LLC has acquired the property at 231 Walt Whitman Rd with a BP gas station as a tenant for $1.4 million from Thomas and Doreen Scanlon. Allison Caldwell of Silber investment Properties represented both the buyer and seller on this deal.

This property is located in a premium location across from the heavily trafficked Walt Whitman Mall; a central shopping center in western Suffolk County on Long Island. This property is another addition to the gas station portfolio owned by Leon Petroleum. “The tenant of this property had a right of first refusal, and recognized the value in owning a property on the busy RT110 corridor” says Adam Silber, Principal and Owner of Silber Investment Properties.
