PLAINVIEW, NY, January 7 – Silber Investment Properties closed 2019 with the transaction for the property at 7243 E. Furnace Branch Rd in Glen Burnie, MD. The property was sold by Landmark Properties to Peter Petrakis of Petrakis Realty Group for $2.085M at 5% CAP. The property is occupied by a corporate 7-Eleven tenant. The transaction occurred on December 30, 2019.

For over 45 years the corporate 7-Eleven of Glen Burnie, MD has been serving the busy I-10 and RT 270 of south Baltimore. Recognizing that fuel sale demands were increasing, the store relocated five years ago from the neighboring property to its current location and added 16 fuel pump stations. Traffic counts for this location are recorded in excess of 50,000 cars per day.
