PLAINVIEW, NY, August 14 – Long Island based real estate investor, 193 East Main, LLC, has purchased the property at 201 East Main St in Mount Kisco NY for $5,850,000, 6.23% CAP, from Twelve-Five, Inc. The property is currently occupied by TD Bank.
Silber Investment Properties had the Exclusive to sell the property. Chinho Park represented the seller and Stuart Frankel represented the buyer. Silber received several offers on the property and negotiated the best price and terms possible.
