Raised in Douglaston, Queens, and now living in Brookville, Long Island, Abraham has a strong connection to the New York market and focuses primarily on Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island investment sales. He works with private investors, developers, family offices, and institutions in the acquisition and disposition of retail real estate assets.

Coming from a family with a long history in commercial real estate ownership, investment, and development, Abraham developed an understanding of the business from an early age. He enjoys analyzing locations, traffic patterns, tenant performance, and identifying opportunities where value can be created or where potential may be overlooked.
