Since joining SIP, Blake has grown from a promising young broker into a proven leader within the firm. He now runs and manages the company’s second office, overseeing a team while continuing to actively source, negotiate, and close his own transactions. Despite his expanded leadership role, Blake remains deeply involved with his clients and continues to value the personal connections that have helped define his success.

Get to Know Blake Benitez:

Prior to joining Silber Investment Properties, Blake spent much of his life pursuing a career as an actor. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta. Outside of real estate, Blake enjoys sports and competition, drawing from many years of playing football, lacrosse & wrestling.
