Brian grew up in a family of commercial real estate investors, builders, and brokers. He started his career as a mortgage broker, eventually moving to television and film production management. There he gained valuable experience executing and negotiating contracts, creating budgets, and leading teams to complete over 200 productions. He authored four books, both fiction and non-fiction, and has taught mindfulness and meditation nationwide.
Brian’s well-rounded experience and passion for real estate investing led him to commercial real estate, where he served as an advisor for SVN Vanguard in San Diego. Brian’s commitment and dedication to real estate then led him to the newly situated Silber Investment Properties’ west coast office in La Jolla, California where he currently specializes in triple net investment sales nationwide.
In his leisure time off, Brian loves outdoor sports such as hiking, snowboarding, skiing, and surfing. Aside from sports, he enjoys fostering his creative side, whether gardening, cooking a great meal, writing, or playing his guitar.
