HICKSVILLE, NY, August 20 – Building on more than 30 years of steady growth and well-developed buyer and seller relationships, Silber Investment Properties is preparing for the next phase of growth by moving to a much bigger office and expanding the team, all while staying consistent to it’s core principals and business model.

The new office, located at 125 Newtown Rd, Suite 300, Plainview, NY 11803, is 12,000 sq ft (over 8,000 sq ft larger than the current office) and will be designed around our team oriented work environment with more shared co-working space and surrounding employee desks. The target move in is on or about September 15, 2018.

The firm will be carefully recruiting new talent to add to their already seasoned team. “Our senior managers work with each new team member to welcome them into the group, train them in all aspects of our business and ensure they maximize their success,” says Adam. “I always want to make sure we have a focused yet fun work environment where people love to come to work everyday and feel like they are part of a family.”
