Johanna Gonzalez joined Silber Investment Properties in 2004 and has been an integral part of the firm’s growth ever since. Gonzalez is the Executive Secretary and Research Team Manager at SIP, managing more than 10 staff members who support all of the day-to-day activities at the firm.
Prior to working at SIP, Gonzalez worked at Our Holy Redeemer Church as a secretary. She continues to be an active member of the congregation.

While she’s not the person cutting multi-million dollar deals, Gonzalez’s organizational skills and professionalism are key to the success of the entire company. Her leadership role in the office is a key element to SIP’s success.

Gonzalez is married and has two daughters and a stepson. In her free time, she enjoys kickboxing and spending time with her family. She puts her leadership skills to good work as a Girl Scout leader in her community.
