When Joseph Angelini joined the Silber Investment Properties team two years ago, it was his first foray into the exciting world of commercial real estate. He fell in love immediately and never looked back at his previous position at a large investment firm.
Angelini specializes in representing quick service restaurants and pharmaceutical properties.

Angelini quickly came to realize that to be successful in his new career he would have to differentiate himself. He decided to always make his client, buyer or seller, Priority No. 1.
He says every client is unique and every deal presents its own aspects. I look at every deal as it stands on its own and look out for the best interest of the client and what goals they are trying to achieve when looking to make investment in commercial real estate.

When I’m not in the office I’m either out on the mountain snowboarding with my friends or in the garage working on classic cars.
