In over 14 years with Silber Investment Properties, Marty Sass has contributed in excess of $200 million in sales in over 150 transactions. He has negotiated deals from coast to coast, including sites on Long Island, in Michigan and in California—with tenants ranging from grocery anchor strip malls to small box retail and pharmacies.
Before embarking on his career in commercial real estate, Sass was instrumental in introducing some of the first information technology solutions and property management software to the market.
Prior to his career in tech, Sass spent 20 years building and ultimately selling his family’s retail bakery business.

When he’s not playing golf, Sass continues to enjoy tinkering with computers and software systems. He and his wife live in Woodbury, NY, and love spending time with their two children, their spouses and especially their five grandchildren.
