HICKSVILLE, NY, JULY 17 – Petrakis Properties LLC has acquired the retail property that is net-leased to the reportedly highest grossing 7-Eleven retail store in the United States for $3.865 million. The 4,200 sq ft building is situated on .60 acres at 653 Montauk Highway in Montauk.
The property, operated by franchisee Chris Stephens, is ideally located store at the gateway to Montauk’s business district serving hundreds of thousands of seasonal patrons, seasonal employees, and local residents each year. This acquisition marks a milestone of 40 properties within the Petrakis portfolio that are leased to 7-Elevens throughout the country.
