HICKSVILLE, NY, May 16 – A partnership between MC Hicksville Realty LLC and Maple Forest Realty LLC has acquired the fully occupied retail shopping center located at 350-382 W. Old Country Road in Hicksville, NY for $6.1 Million USD from Chicago-based US Realty Group. Adam Silber, principal of Hicksville-based Silber Investment Properties represented both parties in the sales transaction.

This property consists of 27,000 square feet of premium retail and restaurant storefront space in the heart of Hicksville on Old Country Road. The property is ideally situated within the residential district and adjacent to Old Country Road Elementary School and just minutes from Hicksville High School, making it a perfect and convenient shopping and casual dining destination for families in the area.
