PLAINVIEW, NY, June 27 – Corona Real Properties LLC has purchased the property at 32-02 Francis Lewis Blvd in Flushing Queens for $4,750,000, 4% CAP, from CA 32-02 Francis Lewis Blvd, LLC.
The .5 acre property, renovated in Spring of 2019, converted the space from a Capital One Bank to the new Starbucks tenant. The property is located in the heart of the thriving neighborhood of Auburndale, Queens.
