Petrakis Properties (Seaford) just picked up another Long Island retail center — the 6,160-sq-ft, seven-tenant building at 1087-1099 Smithtown Ave. in Bohemia, for $1.82M at a 7.3% cap rate. Tenants include Sunny Fashion Nails & Spa, No Gluten Kneaded, South Shore Grooming, Chicos Tex Mex, Lemon Tree Hair Salon, Bohemia’s Little Bagel Shop, and Migrate Realty.
Adam Silber repped the buyer, and Abraham Adjmi repped the seller (Bohemia Shopping Center LLC).
